The Role

We are seeking an Integrative Director to guide and coordinate our local community of health and wellness professionals while supporting the growth of the Luminous ecosystem.

​

The Integrative Director fosters collaboration between practitioners, synthesizes insights from different disciplines, and contributes to the development of a conscious and data-informed approach to holistic wellbeing. The role also supports local marketing initiatives and oversees the local distribution and supply of Luminous products.

​

The Integrative Director is part of the global leadership team, helping connect local initiatives with the broader vision and development of the Luminous ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a local team of health and wellness professionals

• Foster collaboration across diverse healing modalities

• Support the integration of multiple perspectives into coherent wellness offerings

• Analyze and synthesize insights from multiple data points and sources

• Work with complex datasets, or develop the capability to do so

• Contribute to building a conscious, collaborative, and evolving wellness ecosystem

• Support local marketing and community engagement initiatives

• Oversee the local distribution and supply of Luminous products
